Investigations
Should the need arise for an investigation to be initiated the following guidelines will be followed:
Unless representing either the Plaintiff or the Defendant, the Chief Justice shall be the overseer of the investigation.
The Chief Justice shall be responsible for scheduling all hearings and notifying all applicable parties.
All parties involved are required to have a private meeting with the Chief Justice prior to the judgment hearing.
The Chief Justice will conduct all hearings.
Court Justices shall provide the verdict unless less than 3 Justices are present.
